Introduction

This straight-tubular national ceremonial porcelain vase features an open mouth and cinched waist, coated all over with glossy Chinese red glaze. Its body is painted with golden dragons amid auspicious clouds, golden rice ears and yellow lotus flowers. The base is infused with mottled bluish-black kiln transformation glaze. The vase boasts a tall, imposing silhouette with magnificent, solemn hues.
The auspicious dragon symbolizes prosperity in a flourishing age; rice ears stand for bumper harvests year after year; lotus flowers embody universal harmony and benevolence.
