Introduction

This set of kaolin ceramic rock ornaments consists of four pieces in varying heights, forming a Taihu stone landscape grouping. The rock surfaces are covered with purple-grey crackled kiln-change glaze, while the bodies feature high-temperature underglaze cobalt blue paired with hand gilded ceramic sculpted textures, presenting elegant layered light-luxury aesthetics.
Material: The entire landscape ornament set is based on Jingdezhen kaolin ceramic blanks, compound-fired with multiple layers of purple-grey crackled kiln-change glaze, high-temperature underglaze cobalt blue pigment and hand gilding liquid. The whole piece is fully integrated ceramic without splicing joints.
Craftsmanship: The kaolin body is three-dimensionally sculpted and hollowed out to form rock shapes. Crackled kiln-change glaze and high-temperature underglaze cobalt blue are applied, followed by hand gilding and separate kiln firings to finish this hand-gilded ceramic sculpture ornament.

Implied Meaning: Taihu stones stand for open-mindedness, stability and blessing absorption. The matching blue and gold tones symbolize noble status and wealth. This kaolin ceramic rock set fits landscape decoration for tea rooms, entryways and clubs. As distinctive Taihu stone-style ornaments, it holds ornamental and collectible value, being a high-temperature underglaze decorative ware with authentic oriental charm.
